Construction Delay Claim Analysis

  • Prepared and maintained document and schedule registers, organizing and reviewing 29 project schedules alongside change documentation, meeting minutes and contemporaneous project records.
  • Extracted and validated schedule-related data from 40+ weekly foremen meeting minutes and multi-year project records to develop as-built activity timelines, track floor-by-floor progress and identify key construction milestones.
  • Reviewed 29 Microsoft Project schedules for critical path activities, logic relationships, progress updates and scheduling inconsistencies, supporting forensic delay analysis and comparison of planned versus actual construction performance.

Construction Site Inspector

  • Inspected and documented 200+ m³ of structural concrete placements per CSA A23.1/A23.2, verifying formwork, reinforcing steel, delivery, placement and consolidation.
  • Reviewed rebar installation for bar size, spacing, cover, laps and anchorage against structural drawings; logged deficiencies and corrective actions in Bluebeam Revu.
  • Monitored footing excavations and Soprema sheet waterproofing, verifying bearing conditions, membrane continuity, laps and terminations against specifications.

Assistant Site Coordinator

  • Supported site leadership with daily reporting and delivery coordination of over 1,000 appliances, improving material flow across active work zones.
  • Built and maintained PDI lists, reducing outstanding deficiencies from 1,500+ to under 300 in two months through tracking, follow-ups and trade coordination.

Region of Halton — Engineering & Construction Division, Oakville ON

Survey Instrument Technician

  • Conducted survey measurements, calculations and data compilation, establishing field reference points for Regional infrastructure projects.
  • Set project control points using GPS averaging over a total length of 10 km, and recorded field notes on watermain, sanitary and storm infrastructure.
  • Operated Leica robotic total stations, automatic levels and terrestrial LiDAR scanners independently.

Ministry of Transportation Ontario — Contract Claims Office, St. Catharines ON

Engineering Associate

  • Independently facilitated contract claims totalling upwards of $100 million, coordinating between Contract Services Administrators, Contract Administrators and field staff to reach resolution.
  • Supported a working group amending General Conditions and Special Provisions to reduce contract disputes, and evaluated adjudication briefs on an estimated $82 million contract.
